The Honeywell FocusPRO IAQ thermostat is the "economy" version in the heat pump savings catagory. It is still a touch screen that is very easy to use but it is not RED LINK compatable. This means that RED LINK products like the Honeywell Portable Comfort Control will not work with this thermosat. The potential savings are still the same as the HD and SD thermostats but this thermostat requires a wired outdoor sensor so it will not be compatible in all situations. The bottom line is this is the cheapest way to gain savings on your heating.
